   Civil case - Bivens. In an action where plaintiffs alleged defendant 
   violated their Fourth Amendment rights by submitting a false affidavit 
   causing their arrest, the district court permitted plaintiffs action to 
   proceed on both a Bivens claim and a Section 1983 claim; remanded with 
   directions to dismiss plaintiffs' Bivens action and to determine whether 
   their cases can proceed on the Section 1983 claim. See Farah v. Weyker, 
   926 F.3d 492 (8th Cir. 2019). Judge Kelly dissenting.
