Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Lariat's predicate claim has been satisfied
and it cannot recover any additional amount from debtor's spouse; that
being so, there are no preexisting creditor rights left for Minn Stat.
Sections 513.41-513.51 to protect in the case, and Lariat no longer has a
claim against debtor; the bankruptcy court's order allowing Lariat's claim
against debtor in the amount of $308,805 is vacated, and the matter is
remanded for entry of an order disallowing Lariat's claim in its entirety.
