                          and No: 186005
U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Nail, Author, with Schermer and Shodeen, Bankruptcy Judges] Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Lariat's predicate claim has been satisfied and it cannot recover any additional amount from debtor's spouse; that being so, there are no preexisting creditor rights left for Minn Stat. Sections 513.41-513.51 to protect in the case, and Lariat no longer has a claim against debtor; the bankruptcy court's order allowing Lariat's claim against debtor in the amount of $308,805 is vacated, and the matter is remanded for entry of an order disallowing Lariat's claim in its entirety.
