   Civil case - Employment discrimination. In action alleging the District 
   discriminated against the plaintiff when it did not renew her contracts to 
   supervise the school's cheerleading and dance squads, plaintiff failed to 
   show that a white employee who was not terminated was similarly situated; 
   the district provided legitimate, non-discriminatory grounds for its 
   employment decision and plaintiff failed to show an inference of 
   discrimination.
