   Criminal case - Criminal law. The government appeals the dismissal of an 
   indictment charging defendant with illegal reentry into the U.S in 
   violation of 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1326(a), (b)(2). Held: the district court erred 
   in ruling that defendant made a sufficient showing to attack the 
   deportation order underlying the charge; reversed and remanded for further 
   proceedings.
