U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 19-2752
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas - Fayetteville
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Shepherd and Erickson, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. No error in applying a four-level enhancement
for possession of the firearm in question in connection with another
felony offense - drug trafficking; the within-guidelines sentence was not
substantively unreasonable as the district court was within its discretion
in weighing the mitigating and aggravating factors and deciding they
supported a sentence at the high end of the advisory range.
