Criminal case - Sentencing. The district court did not err in calculating
the amount of drugs involved in the conspiracy and did not err in
determining defendant's base offense level; no error in imposing an
enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 2D1.1(b)(16)(E) for committing the
offense as part of a pattern of criminal conduct engaged in as a
livelihood; no error in imposing a three-level enhancement for role in the
offense under Guidelines Sec. 3B1.1(b); defendant's sentence was not
substantively unreasonable, and the district court did not abuse its
discretion in imposing an upward variance of 30 months.
