U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 19-3337
U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska - Lincoln
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Erickson and Grasz, Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - Social Security. Substantial evidence supported the ALJ's
decision to give claimant's treating physicians' opinions little weight in
formulating claimant's Residual Functional Capacity; nor did the ALJ err
in weighing the medical consultants' opinions; the ALJ's determination
that there were jobs available in the national economy that claimant could
perform was supported by substantial evidence, and the hypothetical
question the ALJ posed to the vocational expert was supported by the
record.
