U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 19-3547
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Stras and Kobes, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to support
defendant's drug and firearm conspiracies convictions and his conviction
for discharging a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime;
claim expert impermissibly opined on the ultimate issue in the case did
not amount to a showing of plain error as defendant could not show that
the question and answer - in the light of all of the evidence - affected
the outcome of his case.
