and No: 19-6006
and No: 19-6007
U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Saladino, Author, with Nail and Dow, Bankruptcy Judges]
Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. In 19-6006, Appellants failed to show
excusable neglect for their failure to file a timely appeal, and the
bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion to
appeal out of time; in 19-6006 appellants did not file a motion of the
type listed in Rule 8002(b)(1), nor a motion for an extension of time to
file a notice of appeal under Rule 8002(d)(1)(A), and the period of time
for appealing a dismissal order expired without a timely appeal being
filed; with respect to 19-6007, the notice of appeal was untimely.
