U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 20-2404
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - Cape Girardeau
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Shepherd and Stras, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. The evidence was sufficient to support
defendant's conviction for resisting law enforcement with a dangerous
weapon in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 111(a)(1) and (b); the jury
instruction submitting the charge to the jury was not an abuse of the
district court's discretion to fashion appropriate instructions, much less
plain error.
