did not err in granting defendant damages for additional excavation work
based on its determination that defendant substantially complied with the
contractual predicates for payment for extra excavation; defendant proved
its damages for the excavation work; with respect to defendant's requests
for certain other additional damages, the award is affirmed with the
exception of one particular item for site lighting which the district
court is asked to review; the district court did not err in awarding
defendant attorneys' fees under the provisions of the Missouri Prompt
Payment Act
