U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 20-2764
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Jefferson City
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Benton and Shepherd, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Insurance. The district court erred in interpreting the auto
policy at issue as the provisions of the policy limited coverage to a
total of $1 million per occurrence and did not provide for $1 million in
coverage for each person injured in the occurrence; because there is only
one reasonable interpretation of the policy and because the two provisions
at issue are not in conflict, the policy is not ambiguous.
