U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 20-2781
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas - Fayetteville
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Colloton and Kobes, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. The evidence was sufficient to support
defendant's conviction for attempting to entice a minor to engage in
illegal sexual activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2422(b); claims of
prosecutorial misconduct during the trial rejected; the district court did
not abuse its discretion in refusing to order the production of a sealed
document concerning the reasons for a Homeland Security agent's dismissal
as it was not directly related to defendant's case or material to his
guilt or punishment.
