   court did not err in determining that Dressen had not asked his attorney 
   to appeal and that counsel was not ineffective for not filing an appeal; 
   the district court's factual finding that Dressen did not direct counsel 
   to file an appeal was based on a reasonable credibility determination, and 
   the court sees no clear error.
