U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 20-3432
U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota - Eastern
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Wollman and Loken, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Insurance. The district court did not err in determining that
the malpractice policy issued to its insureds did not apply to the
malpractice claims at issue because the insured knew or reasonably should
have known, as of the effective date of the policy, that his conduct
during the underlying litigation might be the basis for a demand for money
against him.
