defendant's conviction for attempting to entice a minor using the
internet; the offense does not require the involvement of an actual minor,
and an offender commits the offense of attempted enticement under 18
U.S.C. Sec. 2422(b) even if an undercover agent is playing the role of the
minor; defendant undertook substantial steps in furtherance of enticing
the minor.
