U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota - St. Paul
[PUBLISHED] [Schermer, Author, with Nail, Chief Judge, and Saladino, Bankruptcy Judge] Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. The bankruptcy court did not err in determining that debtor's debt to Madison was not discharged under Sec. 523(a)(2)(A) of the Code because of debtor's misrepresentations and concealment of material facts, all done in furtherance of debtor's conspiracy to conceal the true nature of the business transaction giving rise to the debt; nor did the court err, on the basis of the record before it, in determining the amount of damages.
