Plaintiff establish two required elements of a breach-of-contract claim - the existence of a valid contract and that the alleged damages were caused by the breach - and defendant was not entitled to judgment as a matter of law on plaintiffs' claim that defendant's termination of the parties' dealership contract breached the contact; the evidence in the case was sufficient for a reasonable jury to find there was mutual assent as to the size and measurement of plaintiff's protected territory; the evidence was also sufficient for a reasonable jury to choose and apply plaintiffs' theory about the cause of the lost profits; the evidence was also sufficient to support plaintiff's claim under Missouri's outdoor power equipment statute - Mo. Rev. Stat. Sec. 407.895; evidentiary challenges and claims of jury instruction error rejected; award of attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs affirmed.
