Criminal case - Criminal law. The district court, having a found a
violation of the anti-shuttling provisions of the Interstate Agreement on
Detainers Act, did not err in dismissing the indictment without prejudice;
the violation was inadvertent and there was no evidence of bad faith or
negligent pattern; the court did not err in determining the administration
of justice would be better aided by not allowing defendant to escape
prosecution on a serious charge because of a technical violation of the
Act.
