U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 21-1800
Petition for Review of an Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Kelly, Circuit Judge, and Menendez, District Judge] Petition for Review - Immigration. By failing to raise the issue of whether the IJ applied the wrong circuit's law in her appeal to the BIA, petitioner failed to exhaust the claim and the court could not consider it; in any event, petitioner fails to identify how Fifth Circuit law differs from Eighth Circuit law, so any error would be harmless; the agency did not err in determining that petitioner's credible but weak testimony supporting her asylum claims was not adequately corroborated.
