Civil case - Employment discrimination. Assuming, without deciding that
plaintiff made a prima facie case of race, sex, and age discrimination and
retaliation, defendant was entitled to summary judgment because it
demonstrated it had a legitimate, non-discriminatory ground for
terminating King - internal and external reports that plaintiff had
engaged in gross misconduct with staff - and King failed to show the
stated reasons were pretextual.
