   Criminal case - Criminal law. The district court did not err in 
   determining that while the warrant application was defective for failing 
   to connect the drugs involved with defendant's residence, the evidence 
   seized was admissible under the Leon good-faith exception; the failure of 
   the affidavit to recite that in the officer's judgment drug dealers often 
   store contraband in their homes was a technical legal deficiency, and it 
   was not entirely unreasonable for the officers to rely on the warrant to 
   search the home; defendant failed to make the necessary substantial 
   preliminary showing to warrant a Franks hearing.
