Petition for Review of an Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals
[PUBLISHED] [Arnold, Author, with Smith, Chief Judge, and Stras, Circuit
Judges]
Petition for Review - Immigration. The agency's determination that
petitioner never expressed any political opinion or anti-corruption
sentiment or that MS13 imputed such a position when it threatened him is
supported by the record; any error in the BIA's failure to address the
indictment of the brother of the president of Honduras on drug charges was
harmless, as consideration of the information would not cure the
deficiency in petitioner's asylum request, namely, the lack of evidence
that his resistance to the gang had anything to do with an actual or
imputed political opinion; the BIA did not err in concluding that
petitioner had failed to appeal the IJ's decision on withholding of
removal.
