   Civil case - Conversion. Plaintiff failed to prove his theories that 
   defendants converted photos of the artist Prince or violated his copyright 
   in the photos, and the district court did not err in granting defendants' 
   motion for summary judgment; as there was no underlying improper conduct 
   by defendants, plaintiff's tortious interference claims must also fail; 
   the district court did not abuse its discretion by awarding costs to 
   defendant Stockwell.
