U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 22-1722
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Arnold, Author, with Gruender and Kelly, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - Habeas. Bookwalter alleged the Missouri Court of Appeals
erred in rejecting his argument that the State had failed to prove beyond
a reasonable doubt that the victim was less than 14 years old in his
prosecution for deviate sexual intercourse with a person who is less than
14; the district court did not err in finding that the state court
decision was not an unreasonable application of Jackson v. Virginia, 443
U.S. 307 (1979).
