   traffic stop by asking the occupants of the truck questions about their 
   destination and arrest records or by asking the driver for consent to 
   search the truck; all of the circumstances known to the officer gave him 
   probable cause to believe the white powder on a scale was meth, that the 
   scale was drug paraphernalia, and to arrest defendant.
