   establish personal jurisdiction over defendant; further defendant's 
   alleged wrongful conduct took place in California, and the remaining 
   specific-jurisdiction factors do not weigh in plaintiff's favor; the 
   district court did not err in dismissing the matter for lack of personal 
   jurisdiction.
