U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 22-2062
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Central
[PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Stras and Kobes, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. In this prosecution of a former DEA agent for
accepting bribes, the district court properly applied a cross-reference to
bribery in setting defendant's offense level because the bribes were
accepted for the purpose of facilitating a conspiracy to distribute
methamphetamine.
