McGee, 890 F.3d 730 (8th Cir. 2018) and U.S. v. Shannan, 66 F.4th 117 (8th Cir. 2023); remanded to the district court to amend the statement of reasons to reflect that the court did not resolve defendant's objection to the presentence report regarding defendant's gang affiliation.
