Criminal case - Criminal law and Sentencing. Defendant Turner waived any
challenge to the superseding indictment by pleading guilty to the
conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor charges; with respect to the
calculation of defendant Marker's base offense level, the district court
properly applied Guidelines Sec. 2G1.3(a)(2) to determine Marker's offense
level; the district court did not apply a two-point enhancement under
Guidelines Sec. 2G1.3(b)(4)(B), and defendant Marker's argument that it
erred in doing so must be rejected; the district court did not err in
applying a two-level increase under Guidelines Sec. 2G1.3(b)(4)(A) to
Turner's offense level or in applying a four-level leadership enhancement
under Guidelines Sec. 3B1.1(a); no error in applying a five-level
enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 4B1.5(b)(1); defendants' sentences were
substantively reasonable.
