   Civil case - Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Defendant settled this 
   suit for violation of the Act for $2,000 plus reasonable attorneys' fees, 
   and plaintiff sought an award of $18,810 in fees. Defendant objected, and 
   the district court reduced the award by 50%. Plaintiff appeals. The 
   district court properly applied the lodestar analysis when it deleted 
   hours as excessive or redundant, and the award is affirmed.
