Attorneys' fees - District court did not err in applying lodestar approach
to attorneys' fees award in class action suit involving mortgage and
escrow funds dispute; however, class counsel should have been allowed an
opportunity to substantiate their claims after district court rejected
the percentage of the benefit approach counsel used to calculate fees;
counsel acted reasonably in relying on the specific terms of
settlement agreement and should be allowed second change to submit
additional records.
