SPECIAL FILING 10:05 am Challenge to contempt citation and incarcertaion for failure to testify before the Grand Jury in Whitewater Matter. Held: appellant's Sixth Amendment right to counsel was not violated when counsel was prevented from accompaning client before the grand jury. Further, appellant's exercise of Fifth Amendment protection in light of grant of use immunity does not withstand legal scrutiny. Additionally, district court did not abuse its discretion in denying motion for fully public hearing on contempt citation. Affirmed.
