   hospital and claims against them were properly dismissed; evidence
   was sufficient to show employer's negligence during docking
   operation caused plaintiff's injury; jury was properly instructed
   on contributory negligence; under the Jones Act, the tortfeasor is
   responsible for injuries occurring during treatment.
