Disputed unsecured claims should be considered in determining a debtor's eligibility for Chapter 13 relief; here, debtor's schedules and proofs of claim established that his debts exceeded the $250,000 eligibility limits of Section 109(e); where debtor's schedule and proof of claim show he exceeds the eligibility limit, the court need not make a full determination of the amount and validity of the disputed claims.
