U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 98-1557
and No: 98-1617
and No: 98-1615
District of Nebraska
In dispute over economic impact of introduction of certain
cattle to the marketplace, the district court did not err in
excluding plaintiff's economic expert's testimony as his testimony
was not based on accepted method of analysis; as animals were properly
classified under association's rules, there was no fraud upon which
to base a RICO claim; claim that association wrongly classified a
competitor's animals cannot establish a Sherman Act violation.
