Prisoner case - habeas. Jury instruction on first-degree murder permitting jury to find Lee guilty of first-degree robbery by a method that had not been charged in the information did not deny Lee his Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment rights because he had notice and an opportunity to defend against the crime of which he was actually convicted.
