Prisoner case - habeas. Prosecutor's failure to provide Lingle with doctor's report indicating sexual abuse victim's hymen was intact did not affect outcome of trial as penetration is not an element of the offense of second degree sexual abuse under Iowa law, and the report did not necessarily contradict the victim's testimony.
