   Prisoner case - habeas. Limited reference to fact that photo shown 
   to witness came from police records was not so prejudicial as to be 
   fundamentally unfair; even if counsel's failure to object to 
   Simmons' appearance at trial in jail clothes was ineffective 
   assistance of counsel, he could not demonstrate prejudice in light 
   of overwhelming evidence of guilt.
