Civil case - banking. Provisions of Iowa's banking law restricting
out-of-state banks from operating ATM machines were preempted
by the National Bank Act; 1996 amendments to the Act exempt
ATMs from the geographical branching requirements based in state
law; Bank One was entitled to a permanent injunction barring
enforcement of the provisions.
