Act judgments in favor of plaintiff boat builders against
Brunswick, market leader in stern drive engine manufacturing,
reversed; Clayton Act claims were time barred; evidence was
insufficient as a matter of law to permit jury to find Brunswick's
discount programs and acquisitions restrained trade or
monopolized the market in violation of the Sherman Act.
