   Criminal case - Criminal law. Even though U.S. Attorney 
   failed to reveal before trial that proposed witness was 
   actually a confidential informant, once that information 
   was disclosed at trial, defendant had an opportunity to 
   effectively cross-examine the witness and a new trial was 
   not required; drug conviction was supported by substantial 
   evidence.
