Civil case - Whistleblower statutes. Employer was entitled to dual motive instruction permitting jury to enter verdict in its favor if it proved plaintiff would have been fired regardless of engaging in activities protected by the False Claims Act; plaintiff was not entitled to attorneys' fees in light of jury's verdict on the dual motive issue since, under the applicable law, that finding exonerates the employer.
