Criminal case - criminal law. In appeal from a conviction for
violating terms of his supervised release following an earlier
bank fraud conviction, defendant was precluded from attacking
the restitution award imposed in the bank fraud case; conduct
leading to indictment for violating release occurred during a
judicial proceeding for purposes of Rule 35 and 18 U.S.C.
Sec. 1503; challenge to indictment in separate bankruptcy
fraud case rejected; evidence was sufficient to establish
bankruptcy fraud.
