Plaintiff presented evidence that he was substantially limited in the major life activity of working and thus was disabled for the purposes of the Americans with Disability Act, however, he could not establish that he could perform the essential functions of his job with a reasonable accommodation because he could not establish that he could meet the job's requirement of regular, predictable attendance.
