   Civil case - Labor Law. Under either the date certain test or   
   reasonable expectation of continued employment test, temporary 
   employee who was employed at time of the election eligibility 
   date and the election was entitled to vote, and the Board did not 
   err in finding that her vote should be counted to determine outcome 
   of representation election.
