U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 99-2950
   Eastern District of Missouri
Civil case - civil rights. District court did not err in admitting evidence of convictions on the charges which led to plaintiff's arrest in this claim for excessive force; claim that jury verdict for officer plaintiff bit during his arrest was against the weight of the evidence was not preserved for review, but the verdict was not the result of plain error, was not a miscarriage of justice and should be affirmed.
