   Habeas Corpus. State court's conclusion that violation of 
   constitutional rights under Doyle v. Ohio were violated but 
   harmless beyond a reasonable doubt was neither contrary to 
   federal law nor an unreasonable application of the facts. 
   Thus, denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed.
