U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 99-3395
   Eastern District of Missouri
Civil case - bankruptcy. Bankruptcy court did not err in requiring attorney to disgorge fees he had received or in ordering him to pay costs to the United States trustee who investigated his conduct in six Chapter 13 cases; evidence supported finding that attorney had failed to properly represent the debtors or perform the duties contemplated by the fees they paid him.
