   company in personal injury action is affirmed. District court's 
   exclusion of treating physician's causation opinion was not an 
   abuse of discretion. Absent causation opinion evidence, injured 
   plaintiff could not prove elements of case; expert testimony 
   required to prove emotional distress injuries, physical assault, 
   and visible injuries.
